Navigate to the JumpCloud Admin Portal

1. Sign in to the JumpCloud Admin Portal.
2. Go to Access → SSO Applications and click + Add New Application.
3. Choose Custom Application, then click Next.
4. Select Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Configure SSO with SAML, then click Next.

Fill out general settings

1. Set Display Label to StackAI.
2. Open Advanced Settings and set SSO IdP URL to https://sso.jumpcloud.com/saml2/stackai-<yourcompany>. JumpCloud doesn't let you change it after the application is created.
3. Click Save Application, then Configure Application to open the SSO tab.

Fill out SAML settings

On the SSO tab, fill out the following values:

• IdP Entity ID: stackai-<yourcompany> (your own value, case-sensitive and unique)
• SP Entity ID: https://sb.stack-ai.com/auth/v1/sso/saml/metadata
• ACS URL: https://sb.stack-ai.com/auth/v1/sso/saml/acs
• SAMLSubject NameID: email
• SAMLSubject NameID Format: urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:emailAddress
• Signature Algorithm: RSA-SHA256
• Sign: Assertion and Response
